Welcome to FintechFinancial (“we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and services. By accessing or using our website, you agree to comply with these terms. If you disagree, please refrain from using our services.

  1. Introduction

Fintech Financial operates as a marketing and lead-generation company and also offers micro loans through its affiliated brands. These micro-lending activities are conducted independently and do not affect the delivery, quality, or distribution of the services provided to clients.
With approximately twenty (20) years of experience in the micro-lending and financial services industry, Fintech Financial applies this expertise to enhance the compliance, effectiveness, and performance of its marketing and lead-generation solutions.

  1. Definitions
  • “User”: Any individual or entity submitting loan applications or inquiries through our platform.
  • “Lead”: Information provided by Users (e.g., name, contact details, financial data) shared with Lenders.
  • “Third-Party Lenders”: Financial institutions, banks, or brokers receiving Leads from FintechFinancial.
  • “Service”: The lead generation and connection platform provided by FintechFinancial.

  1. Services
  • We collect and transmit User-submitted Leads to Lenders.
  • We do not guarantee loan approvals, interest rates, or terms offered by Lenders.
  • We are not responsible for Lender practices, agreements, or outcomes of loan applications.
  • We offer Micro Loans across Canada.

  1. User Obligations

By using our Service, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information.
  • Be at least 18 years old (or the legal age in your jurisdiction).
  • Consent to sharing your Lead data with Lenders for loan evaluation.
  • Not use our Service for unlawful or fraudulent purposes.
  1. Payment Terms

a) Leads

We invoice our clients on a weekly basis, based on the total number of leads delivered during the billing period. The cost per lead is $6 CAD. All invoices are due upon receipt. Our service operates on a flexible, no-commitment basis. Clients may cancel at any time without penalty or additional fees by sending a written request via email to discontinue the service. Upon receiving the cancellation notice, billing will stop immediately and only the leads delivered prior to the cancellation date will be invoiced. We operate within the micro-loan industry and remain committed to full transparency and fair billing practices.

b) Micro Loans

  • Our instalment loans are repayable within a period of 6 months.
  • We offer lower interest rates than our competitors. Our interest rate is 18%.

 Repayment Example

A $300 loan with an APR of 18% is $46.22 weekly payment.This example includes all the fees associated with the borrowed capital.

You can pay off your loan at anytime and save on the remainder fees and interest.

  1. Privacy

Your use of our Service is subject to our [Privacy Policy], which explains how we collect, use, and protect your data. By submitting Leads, you consent to data sharing with Lenders.

  1. Disclaimers
  • No Warranty: Our Service is provided “as is.” We do not guarantee Lender responsiveness, loan terms, or outcomes.
  • Third-Party Liability: We are not liable for Lender actions, loan agreements, or disputes between Users and Lenders.
  • Accuracy: We do not verify Lender credentials or User-submitted information.

  1. Limitation of Liability

FintechFinancial shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from Service use.
  • Losses due to Lender interactions or reliance on loan offers.
  • Technical errors, data breaches, or interruptions in Service availability.

  1. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our Service for Users violating these Terms or engaging in fraudulent activity.

  1. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Quebec. Any disputes shall be resolved in courts located in Montreal.

  1. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our Service constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.
